The exercises involved are not advanced and any non-yoga person can do them. They are mostly light stretching and simple poses. Emphasis is not on strength and endurance, but on focus and breathing and letting go of whatever is coming up as the exercises access trauma within the cell memory of your body.

The 24 postures are done to specific sound healing to balance the feminine and masculine. These postures integrate three different breathing rhythms and various eye movements to trigger release of suppressed and retained trauma from past incarnations, birth & early childhood. I have found personally that the eye movement in these exercises is particularly effective.

The meditations use what is called 'The Poetry of Dreaming'. It is an important aspect of the exercises as it helps to non-cognitively clear unresolved issues, old belief systems, memories of pain and distorted emotions.
